Hello AOH Climbers!

Thank you all for joining this adventure. The countdown is on...only a few more days until we hike Sulphur Mountain.

We are excited to announce there are currently 41 hikers registered to hike AOH 2017! We are going to have a great time!

STATIONS OF THE CROSS: You will receive an email from Fr. Marius soon with an attachment of the stations of the cross. You can either print it out or save it on your phone to carry with you on the hike. You are encouraged to carry a cross of your own and stop along the hike wherever you feel comfortable to pray and reflect on the journey. Feel free to make a cross out of sticks or twigs if you don’t have one– it can be as simple or elaborate as you like. Fr. Marius has suggested we hang them off of our backpacks as a symbol of our faith.

T-SHIRTS: For those of you who ordered an AOH t-shirt – they are in and will be ready for pickup at mass this weekend OR on the morning of the hike in the parking lot of Banff Upper Hot Springs at 8:00 am. Please don’t forget to bring your t-shirt payment of $22.

RAFFLE TICKETS: Many of you have already picked up raffle tickets to sell to friends and family – thank you for doing so! For those of you who have not picked up your raffle tickets – they are available at mass or at the rectory. They are in envelopes labeled with your name – and are in the blue bin at mass. Please see Fr. Marius or someone at the AOH table to sign yours out. The draws will be held on Sept 30 – so there’s still a month to get those tickets sold! They are easy to sell because of the great prizes and low cost and an easy way to support AOH.

Saturday, September 30 – Tickets for adults are $10 & children are $5

Only 200 tickets available. Pick up yours at mass before they are all gone.

Just a reminder to the hike:

Where:        Sulphur Mountain, Banff National Park
