- Parish Registration Form (available at the bottom of this page)
- Baptism Registration Form (available at the bottom of this page)
- Copy of child's birth certificate with parents' names
- Copy of one parent Baptismal certificate
- Copy of Godparent(s) Confirmation certificate
Baptism Preparation Class
- Take the REBORN Program online from Formed.org
- Once you have completed the Reborn preparation program, please call the parish office 403 455 0196 to make an appointment to meet with Fr. James.
Godparents
- At least one Godparent and must be chosen by the parents
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Godparent(s) must be baptized in the Catholic Church. (Someone who is not baptized cannot be a Godparent)
- Godparent(s) must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Catholic faith.
- When selecting two Godparents one must be male and one female. (Officially 2 godparents by canon law on certificate)
- Must be a practicing catholic in good standing who will guide your child in his/her faith journey.
Suggested fee
- $20 suggested offering (if this is out of your possibilities please let Father James know to make an exception) Payment can be done by phone with credit card or cash deposited in the rectory mailbox or at Sunday Mass donation basket in a sealed envelope marked as “parish office - baptism fee” and include the name of the child to be baptized.
